Jethro is a highly regarded and well established software developer and consultant both within the technical community itself and the many clients he has worked with.
He has a broad and deep range of programming skills, and has a specialist knowledge of cross-platform, multi-device applications, enterprise systems and social networking technologies.
As well as developing CJT products he consults to a large range of corporate, SME and innovative start-ups.
Whenever Jethro gets spare time (which these days is very rare!), he likes to contribute to the superb wxWidgets and PortAudio cross-platform C/C++ frameworks.

Billy has been active in the industry as a technical lead, consultant and programmer for 9 years. He has consulted for major UK banks through to large academic institutions. His depth of skill and knowledge allows him to quickly understand clients’ needs and address them into viable working solutions.
Duncan McAndrew

Duncan is a registered Prince2 Practitioner with 15 years of project management experience in a variety of industries from children’s book publishing to Digital Pen & Paper.
His versatile approach to project analysis and management ensures that business requirements are understood and met with maximum efficiency, delivering quality solutions with a customer focused approach.
He spends his spare time rinsing oil from struggling pelicans and thinking “Why, Lord, why?”
Ben Gainey

Ben is a skillful programmer, who recently achieved his MSc in Evolutionary and Adaptive Systems. His interests include operating systems, languages, in fact anything that allows him to get into real low level stuff.
Ben’s nickname in the office is “Faster Than Google”.
Tony Aldridge
Developer, CJT
Tony is an all-purpose programmer with a love of classic computer games, always willing to take on the challenge of learning a new language or framework best fit for tackling a project (although C++ will always be his favourite).
The X-Com video game series still gives him nightmares to this day.
Myles Cameron

Myles is a highly competent software developer with a great ability to pick up new languages and technologies. He loves hardware – particularly mending/recycling iPhones.
Joe Owner
Developer CJT
Joe is an emerging programmer with a drive to succeed in all facets of programming. Born and raised in America, he escaped to Australia where he continued his development. He enjoys old school video games, skateboards and surfing.
Lenka Pitonakova
Developer, CJT
Lenka is a naturally-born programmer who enjoys a challenge of unique projects. Her favourite language is C++, although her skill set includes Java, Objective-C, PHP and others. She loves developing on a Mac, especially for the iPhone and iPad.
When not at work, Lenka currently spends most of her time doing A-life research for her MSc dissertation. She is also a big fan of Blizzard games and metal music.
Simon Riley

Simon is an all-round developer with experience in Java, PHP, flex and Android development. He has worked all over the world including a degree in Australia, Software testing in a multinational corporation in London, and Lead Development in Argentina.
For fun, Simon loves to paraglide and rock climb around the South Downs.
Claire Vanderhoven
Office Administrator, CJT
Claire is a highly organized and diligent member of the team who manages to keep the house in order. She also has extensive knowledge in HR and a good understanding in general business compliance. Claire ‘owns’ the office (and organizes the parties).
